Hi Darren Thank you very much - we really enjoyed the rehearsal dinner. Everything was delicious and the leftovers, quiche and lasagna all very much appreciated. The staff were excellent! The wedding was beautiful. Luckily there was no rain and very few mossies on the other side of the road! Thank you for all your help and I will drop off the lasagna tray and cheque in the next day or two.

Dear Sean, I want you to know how much we appreciated the efficiency , professionalism and care with which Mise en Place handled our event. While it was quite a small event for you (though I was never made to feel that way), it was a very important one for me as it was our owners cocktail reception, following our first annual General Meeting! We sought a number of quotes and spoke to a few caterers prior to our event, ultimately our decision to choose Mise en Place was made after my discussion with Darren. His quote was well defined; he was very knowledgeable and spent the time to answer my questions and help determine a loose ‘budget’ for the potential cost of beverages, thus giving me the ability to choose with confidence. The delivery and pick up of rental items was on time. The bartender and server were very efficient and professional. Everything was beautifully presented and the food – the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone was very impressed and curious to know who catered. All in all a very successful and enjoyable evening! Darren with Mise en Place was amazing, he was able to help me pull together a wedding in a REALLY short amount of time. I coordinated my sister’s wedding in roughly 2 days 2 weeks before their ceremony and I COULD NOT have done it without Darren’s help!!! He had a great list of references for everything from rentals to flowers. If you are looking for a caterer, Darren from Mise en Place is who you should use! Everything from the food to the service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. I am in the customer service industry and know what it takes to pull an event like this together on short notice, and it’s no easy task. He worked with me on several variations of menus and coordinated my rentals, and bride and groom cakes. Everything turned out better than we could have expected, next time we return to Grand Cayman, we will defiantly be calling! Thank you for all of your help, we couldn’t have done it without you!!! Not to mention there weren’t any left over’s, the food was incredible!!!

Reno, It's hard to find the right words to express how enjoyable it has been to work with Peter and Melissa. I'm personally as happy as could be with everything that has been done. When you are ready to process the final payment, please insure that Peter, Melissa and Stafford receive the equivalent of 20% for their respective meal services. I could go back through and try to figure it out, but I'm betting your software will tell you much more easily just how much to attribute to each person. The inclusion of Mise en Place in our plans has provided everyone with a great deal more free time than they would have otherwise. You and your folks have been an integral part of my ability to provide my family with the finest vacation they could ever imagine. Thank you.
