Mise en Place chef Gardine Euter was awarded the prestigious title ‘Chef of the year 2011’ in October 2011.  Gardine has been with Mise en Place since 2008 and is a highly valued member of the Mise en Place team.  Gardine was a first time contestant and won over of the jury with her Seabass Ceviche, Papaya Mango Salsa with a Lime Foam which was followed by a Pan Seared Flank Steak, Sautéed Cho Cho and Carrots, Sweet and Purple Potato Cake with Roasted Garlic Sauce.
